What is online divorce?
Online divorce means nothing more than arranging the divorce yourself as much as possible. In that case, you do not use a lawyer or mediator. As soon as both parties have signed the papers and sent them back to the court, the divorce is settled. Your divorce has yet to be registered with the marital status. If this is also arranged, the divorce is final.

Divorce is not an easy matter. Not only emotionally, but also professionally. You both need to think about the future. There are many things to do after the divorce. Think of the first tax return after your divorce. You will also have to think about this during the divorce. How are the declarations filed after the divorce? Do you make use of, for example, gift tax when one of you receives an amount from the life insurance policy?

If you still need some guidance, for example with the calculation of alimony, the package can be upgraded. If you do not come to a good agreement and this creates tensions, then a mediator is recommended.

The prices for online divorce are a lot lower than with the help of a lawyer. At the start you decide for yourself which package you purchase. Before you can download the model documents, you pay the package costs. This includes the costs of filing the divorce with the court. Prices may differ if there is a right to subsidy. To be eligible for this, the annual income must fall below a legal limit.
