We are looking for a mortgage advisor for our office, who can also assist with wealth accumulation, such as investing in real estate and who can be deployed in advising rental and buy-to-let mortgages.

Working as a mortgage advisor at Bliss Mortgage Advisors

With your creativity and commitment you bring our client further in life during fun (and less fun) moments, such as buying the first investment property, next home or relationship breakdown.
As a mortgage advisor you assist our customers from A to Z in the mortgage and mediation process.
You supervise various projects and have daily contact with lenders, real estate coaches, asset managers, appraisers, brokers, project developers, and civil-law notaries.
You help build our in-house software by providing input, so that you can work smarter and you contribute ideas to improve our processes.
In addition, you assess the documents of customers and, if necessary, request additional information from the customer.
Do you have contact with our customers, both by telephone, by e-mail and via video calls and you are strict in communication.

What are we looking for?

A fun, spontaneous, honest colleague. A financial advisor who wants to work on a freelance basis without own AFM license. You do not have a 9 to 5 mentality and are also available for appointments in the evenings to support Dutch people abroad, for example.
Has a university or HBO thinking and working level, and has at least the WFT equity and mortgage credit diplomas.
You have your own workplace at home where you can work in peace and talk to customers. Works independently, but also functions well within a team and is stress resistant and eager to learn. In the event of issues and problem cases, you can easily ring the bell with fellow advisors to discuss matters.
Someone who wants to develop himself and who values quality / craftsmanship.
Experience with assessing and reading annual figures.
Preferably experience with record equity, the include rental income and expenses when applying for an owner-occupied home mortgage, preparing
specific case documents such as a rental income statement and determining net income from real estate.
Preferably experience with both advising and mediating consumer rental mortgage and real estate financing for professional real estate investors.
